When you create or use an account, Lubbiv processes your email address, public name or handle, avatar, and information needed to secure the account.

If you choose Google OAuth, Google shares with Lubbiv the profile information authorized by the sign-in flow, including your email address and account identifier. Lubbiv does not access your Google password.

Lubbiv processes the profiles, publications, photos, videos, places, events, comments, reactions, follows, and saves that you choose to create or store.

Content intended to be public may be viewed by other users. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions required for content you publish.

With your permission, the app may access your photo library to select media for publication. Camera or microphone access is not used to collect data in the background.

Published media is sent to our storage and delivery providers so the service can operate. Variants and files needed for display may be kept for as long as needed for the account and publication.

If you allow it, Lubbiv processes a push notification token and limited technical data to send alerts related to your account and interactions. You can withdraw this permission in your device settings.

Lubbiv also processes logs needed for security, abuse prevention, error diagnosis, and session operation. The website stores only local preferences needed for operation and does not use advertising tracking.

Mobile subscriptions are offered through Apple or Google payment systems and projected by RevenueCat. Lubbiv receives the information needed to validate the subscription and does not receive your full card details.

Technical providers may process data only to provide their services, under their own policies and applicable agreements. Lubbiv does not sell personal data for advertising purposes.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to operate the account, provide publications, and meet legal obligations. Security logs may be kept for a limited additional period.

You can request complete account deletion from the mobile app settings. Deletion removes personal data and associated content, subject to legal obligations and temporary technical backups.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing.
