Lubbiv is a digital platform and mobile application dedicated to discovering, highlighting, and sharing inspirations, art, culture, vlogs, travel, events, and remarkable destinations (Best Places).

Lubbiv provides users and creators with an interactive and creative space to publish content, explore visual collections, and connect over authentic experiences.

Creating a user account on the Lubbiv mobile app or website unlocks access to interactive publication, personalization, and engagement features.

As part of your account, Lubbiv collects the following information: your avatar (profile photo), public display name or handle, email address, and date of birth / birthday.

This data is collected to personalize your profile, ensure compliance with age requirements, and secure access to your personal space.

Lubbiv allows members to share photos, videos, vlogs, and organize or feature events (dates, venues, descriptions, and ticketing or practical links).

Anyone publishing content or registering an event warrants that they hold all required copyrights and authorizations. Users agree to share only truthful, respectful, and non-misleading information.

In full accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, Lubbiv enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, hate speech, harassment, explicit nudity, violence, or abusive behavior.

Lubbiv includes proactive moderation and in-app tools enabling users to instantly report or block inappropriate content or users. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and leads to immediate removal and account termination.

You retain full copyright and ownership over the photographs, videos, and creative works you post on Lubbiv.

By publishing on Lubbiv, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and technically distribute your content for the sole purpose of operating and promoting the service.

In compliance with Apple and Google Play store requirements and privacy regulations, users can initiate complete and permanent account deletion directly from the mobile app settings.

Account deletion permanently and irreversibly erases your avatar, profile data, personal information, publications, and associated events within a maximum of 30 days.

Lubbiv implements reasonable technical safeguards to ensure service availability and security on the web and mobile stores, without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Information regarding third-party events, venues (hotels, restaurants), and external links is provided for informational purposes only and remains the sole responsibility of their respective organizers or publishers.

Lubbiv reserves the right to update these terms to reflect evolving features, app store requirements (Apple App Store and Google Play), or applicable legal standards.
